It will be utilized to help advise individuals who join to pursue best practices outlined by the American Cancer Society and other advocacy sources. Only entities that follow the strict confidentiality guidelines enforced nationwide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) will be given permission to handle this information, and only after your written consent is obtained.
